We are excited to share our latest video, which delves into the innovative water desalination project in northern Senegal as well as the urgent needed hands-on support right in the heart of the Casamance, both key initiatives under NAMA4PD‘s “Perspective Development” pillar. These projects go beyond providing clean drinking water – instead both shall serve as a dynamic hubs for advancing media literacy, fostering civil-military cooperation, and promoting social stability.
The video highlights how this pilot project, developed in collaboration with German and Senegalese partners, exemplifies NAMA4PD’s integrated approach. By strategically placing Water Kiosks and Social Information Hubs at vital regional junctions, we are addressing immediate local needs while also empowering communities to combat disinformation and engage proactively in their security.
