Inclusiveness

Our approach to development cooperation is an integrated approach (comprehensive approach). Inclusiveness underpins everything we do as we work within a trusted network of key stakeholders at the nexus of security, communication and development.

Diversity

Diversity and integrated approach underpins everzthing Project Lighthouse Africa does.

We focus on the equal participation of all people in social, political and economic life. Project Lighthouse Africa’s inclusive approach includes a feminist approach to strengthening social communication structures for peacebuilding through the deliberate inclusion of women.

A well-established and trustworthy network of key actors in the fields of security – communication – perspective development is the basis and bracket of all activities.

Comprehensive approach

The organization aims to support selected regions in African countries with coordinated sustainable infrastructure development in the areas of energy, environment, agriculture, education and communications. As we believe that development, security and stability must be addressed in a comprehensive approach, the promotion of civil-military cooperation and the “EU Integrated Approach” is another objective of the organization.

In this way, it will create lighthouse projects for the whole of Africa.

Development of perspectives

Perspective development and inclusivity, hand in hand - here KFM 98.4

At the heart of its activities is the firm belief that African countries have a long-term opportunity to free themselves from aid dependency, corruption and poor governance and to build prosperous societies and sustainable socio-economic conditions. Only by developing prospects – especially for women and youth – can the cohesion of African societies be maintained and (re)built. This requires a trustworthy and well-established network of key stakeholders and actors on the ground, as well as coordinated action.

However, this requires advanced networking, help for self-help, information and communication, coordination, consulting and initial projects. The core of Project Lighthouse Africa’s work is the planning, development and implementation of country-specific sustainable development, with integrity underpinning everything we do as we work within a trusted network of key stakeholders at the nexus of security, communication and development.
